Senior Structural Engineer

    The focus here will be in the area of growing a team. The current output is in need of a lot of direction and strategic growth.

    With your proven track record for 'influential leadership' in the development and training of staff, you will be the catalyst for creating excellence within the Structural Team and ensuring excellence is instilled.

    Initially it would be envisaged that 35% of your time would be dedicated to this improvement. The balance of your time will be managing an existing client base.

    A sample of the projects is:
    • 4 Story $48m Shopping Centre.
    • $12m Community Centre made up of leisure activity facilities.
    Needless to say that for this role you would need to have at least 8 years experience with the last 2-3 years in a staff development role at a supervisor/manager level and be professionally qualified.
